Bell Engineering employees, friends, and family gathered Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Malone’s Banquets in Lexington, Kentucky, to celebrate the 50th anniversary and retirement of Carroll Ramey. Carroll began his career with Bell Engineering on February 24, 1964, after working as a surveyor with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
He was a licensed surveyor, designer, and construction manager working on water, wastewater, and natural gas systems for municipalities throughout Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, Indiana, and Ohio. With years of practical knowledge gained through field experience, Carroll served as an excellent mentor to many colleagues during his five decades of service.
Carroll’s wife, children and grandchildren were able to join us to celebrate and everyone had the opportunity to share their congratulations and well wishes with him. We at Bell Engineering congratulate Carroll on his retirement and hope he enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Cincinnati Reds for many years to come
