The Riveter

This project consisted of a 50,000 SF building that hosts indoor climbing and indoor/outdoor mountain biking activities. The overall property consists of 16.67 acres of which 5.5 acres was utilized for the building and parking areas with the remaining 11.17 acres being located in the floodway of the French Broad River. Site development needs included preparation of a site master/concept plan for consideration by the Town of Mills River Planning Board, entrance drive, building layout, parking layout, exterior bike trail layout and site grading including sediment and erosion control design, municipal water and sewer utilities design and storm drainage infrastructure design as well as landscape design.
