Ellis Park Master Plan

Bell Engineering is the prime consultant for the master planning effort to renovate Ellis Park for the City of Hartford. The new facility will include upgraded ball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds, splash pad, expanded walking trail, concession building, and additional parking.
