Bell Engineering is pleased to announce the addition of Rick Harper, P.E., LEED AP and Clinton R. Abbott, P.E., to our team.
Mr. Harper has 27 years of industry experience including a strong background in commercial, municipal, industrial and institutional site development projects. A registered professional engineer and LEED AP certified, he also has extensive experience in sanitary sewer and water main design as well as stormwater control and flood encroachment studies.
Mr. Abbott is a registered professional engineer with 15 years’ experience designing potable water, fire protection, sanitary sewer and stormwater systems. With a background in both civil and geotechnical engineering, he is also experienced with grading and drainage design, detention and retention systems, stormwater quality design, and construction administration.
Rick and Clint are great additions to the Bell team and both will be involved with planning, design, and project management. Bell Engineering is proud to be continually growing and diversifying to best meet the needs of our clients.
